Nope. I figured since winter is coming and I know that when it gets cold things freeze. So what happens when you cell is totally frozen and you apply power? Well check out this vid and see. First Ampmeter test on HHO cell in car

Friend of my came over with an ampmeter so we did a small measurement. These are the specs; V = 13.00 A = 36 s = 11.53 MMW = 3.4 LPM = 1.7 Know I know why a cable got very hot
