I got this for my dad’s car, but having difficulty getting above 600 mL/min. I but will continue tweaking as time permits. The thing does get hot quickly, and very hot after 30min, up to 160 deg F. Because of the heat, it is expected that efficiency in mmw units will be very low. Using NaOH, about a 1/2 tsp in 1200 cc H2O (from dehumidifer, filtered), gets hot, and amp draw cold is about 15. I’d like to keep it below 25 amp. I still would like to get it up to 1000 mL/min,and less heat so any ideas would be helpful before I install it.

Found some pipe and thought i’d see what I could do with it. heating would be a very practical use for hho with the right design. help Sirhoax and I figure it out.

Part 2 of 2 Here is a brief experiment on how I was able to heat water directly with HHO! I was able to build a simple shield to allow the HHO to burn continuously under water. Steve www.hhoglabs.com

I’m thinking with a few needles lined up alone that stainless angle pipe i might be able to get the hot to rise and cold to drop enough for flow…. maybe… if not, was fun building it.

Here is a quick demo video on our EPD Enhanced Bubbler that is explosion proof. The latest enhancement is a bronze element in the bottom that breaks up HHO into smaller bubbles eliminating the chance of a Daisy Chain ignition through the fluid. The bubbles are spread throughout the fluid column enhancing the scrubbing action of the bubbler Thanks for watching! Steve
