1987 Dodge Merry Miler RV Conversion to HHO Complete

The HHO Hybrid conversion of the Merry Miler RV to HHO Hybrid is complete. We now have a 4-Pack UPGRADE installed with 1 LPM vacuum delivery HHO gas system in place. We can’t wait for the first trip to test the extended mileage results…we have all the other trips logged, so we have a benchmark to work from. We will see!

I have FINALLY made some headway with my RV conversion. This has been ongoing for about a year now. There is always something that sidetracks or derails my efforts. I now have the wiring and brackets for my four cell/1 liter per minute system in place. I ran out of plates, so only one cell is installed at this time. I will add the other three cells soon. I will be documenting this conversion as the RV goes from a gas guzzler, to an HHO Assisted Hybrid and then on to Gasification. This should go pretty quickly, as I am now VERY MOTIVATED to move on this and get it completed before my son is born. Peggy will have two months leave, at that point and I want us to travel in our converted RV to Maryland where Jardian, my oldest son, is in Advanced Infantry Training at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Jardian has helped with the HHO projects and built some components of the UPGRADE electrolyzer. We will see…

Toyota Camry – HHO Hybrid

This is a short video of a Magdrive HHO = Hydrogen Generator that I installed on my Toyota Camry. This unit is a “Double Brick” Model. It took me about 4 to 5 hours to install. I had to custom make the brackets that you see holding the tank next to the radiator. The unit is installed to the Sub-Bumper (Between then Radiator & Bumper); and the output goes through the resoervior than a condensate trap before it goes into the engine. So the system is as follows: 1) Unit 2) Reservior/Seperator 3) Condensate/Flash Back Trap 4) Relay/Switch 5) EFIE (Electronic Fuel Injector Enhancer) The cost of the Unit (up to a 6 Litre – Not Cylinder – 6 LITRE Engine) was 9.95 + the PVC for the “C” Trap and I charge 0 per hour on the Install.
