Fitting the cells to the Merc was not easy, had to reshape the fan cowling and weld support brackets underneath. It was well worth the the time spent, better MPG and more power. I have tried using 316 L wire it works, but after a few months it will start to fray.

This is a unit we installed at a PLUS Highway rest area in Sg. Buloh. The fuel savings was just amazing 46%. This unit is running 247 needs water topup only after 14 days. It is comntrolled by pulse width modulator running on 20V 12.7Amps after adjustment. This is a 100kVa Iveco Generator.
