www.HybridAutoSolutions.com This unit is for Semi Trucks and can produce 6 liters per minute of gas at ~60amps. This unit still needs to be conditioned and once it is broken in after a few hours of operation efficiency is higher. Displacing water is the only way to measure HHO output accurately, not a flow meter which can deceive and exaggerate results.

Please REad! Current HHOG Labs SRS Rating 5UP15 Here is a quick demo video of the HHOG II SledgeHammer. It is a high output flashback arrestor designed specifically for Hydroxy Fuel. It has NO Moisture vulnerability and VERY little flow restriction. Actually our flow tests showed no perceivable flow restriction! We have litterally poured water into this thing and immediately continued testing. It showed no flow restriction and was just as effective full of moisture as it was dry!!!!! A better view inside the bubbler with the system pulling 20 amps. Bubbles are a bit large. Need to redesign and include a plastic diffuser at the bottom to create fine bubbles.

Been running this on my car with great results!On just 5 amps (1 1/2 bicarbonate soda) it overheats after 1 hour.On JUST 2-3 amps its HHO output is great with average heat.You can get the glass jar from IKEA and the stainless steel tea strainers from Morrisons.Its a tight fit though…

Temp = 102.5 F Volts = 13.3 V Amps = 20.2 A Watts = 267 W Time = 25 Sec/500 ml Output =1.2 LPM mmw = 4.50 A previous test at 128 degrees yielded an even better mmw. Here is the data for that test. Temp = 128 F Volts = 12.9 V Amps = 24 A Watts = 309.6 W Time = 18 Sec/500 ml Output =1.67 LPM mmw = 5.38 I built this to lie down in the bumper of my car. The problem is that the foam or the gas at the top edge of the cells reduces the effective plate area and my output and mmw go with it. I’m now looking for a place to install this in a vertical position. I’d like to thank Luther for suggesting a larger output tube. It helped get the gas out and the liquid in.

This video shows how to build an HHO Gas Output Measurement Device. Instead of talking in “bubbles” this device will allow you to measure a real quantity of gas that your cell is producing. This is helpful for two main reasons: 1) This will give you a real number in how effective your cell is. 2) This will allow you to experiment with spacing, dielectrics, cell design, etc and know the effects of the associated changes.
