Hho Swiss Inox
construction fuel cell with sponge in steel inox dipped in a solution of: h2O + H2SO4 (sulphuric acid + water) attention dangerous after the first prototype I have detached in 2 containers connected by a pipe, also in this way it needs to lend caution from a container O2 it goes out of the other container HH,the total cost is during 15$ I have used metallic sponges inox that is used for cleaning the saucepans + – 2$
) and two containers for the ice cream

This is my first attempt to build a HHO cell here in Switzerland many thanks to Zero Fossil Fuel, Johnaarons and all others who posted their videos on the tube. I used distilled water and baking soda the cell had no conditioning and I used 12 volts and about 2 amps

New marine wire coil, square cell, doble spiral 12 volts battery, stainless steel 316 L marine wire 3 mm (1/8 of an inch) diameter 50 mm, lenghth 100mm double spiral 3 mm 316 L stainles steel wire and 316 L container square cell 304 L stainless steel 2 neutrals tubes. As a conclusion I have to say that for the sake of HHO gas production, anything you do basically works! You can reduce electrolite in the distilled water to lower the amp draw of the cell, you can add a PWM and some how you manage to have a workable cell that can fit your personal needs. But if you are looking into a high efficiency cell, then there are the Stan Meyer cells with tubes and electronics, and the Lawton’s replication of it. There is the Joe Cell in shandy mode. There is daddyo44907 with nice, efficient workable cells. There is EBN Smart Scare Crow and Zero Fossil Fuel with a super cell And a the top of the expectation list there is the BobBoyce 101 plates cell whit low amps and it has an alledged output of near 100Liters per minute.

This 60 plates cell was tested on brute force up to 14 liters but ended with some major leaking problems my design mistake. This is about a lot of experimenting during the past year and a half. The conclusions are combined in what I am working on at the moment with a great still silent helper. I am planning a selling unit by the end of the year if all the testing will please me and my good friend.

I have been asked to show how to build spirals. Since for many people it is much easier to buy 1/12 of an inch 316 L Stainless Steel welding wire or a 1/8 of an inch wire,(instead of plates or tubes) I figured that for those of you who do not have the practical skills this video might just be a little hint and a help on how to proceed. Sorry it turned out a little long but there are so many details needed in order to make it simple and replicable. My next SUPER CELL is being laser cut these days and I hope to show it to you all in about 2 weeks time……..
