Water4Gas Type Spiral Electrode HHO System www.calsop.biz 12 Volts 2 amps with PWM

Part 4 of the video series on building an eletrolyzer to extract hydrogen and oxygen from water in the form of HHO gas, or “Browns Gas” This installment shows attaching the tubes to the lid

Rollouts are similar to the plank posture in yoga where you isometrically engage your abdominals and core to stabilize and control anterior pelvic tilt thus preventing hyper-extending your lower back.

This is my second cell made of 2 outer connected positive plates, a central negative plate with 5 neutral plates on each side. I used 2 mm 316 L Inox (stainless steel) plates with a spacing of 1.5 mm. Since I have no electrical equipment at all at present time, I have to go to some friends to test if they are working. As soon as I can purchase some equipment I will start with extensive testing on my own even with pulsed or frequency devices. But in order to do that I will have to understand first what I need to by and learn how to work with it. Fortunately I know a very talented 35 years old electronical engineer but he lives 400 miles away so this is going to take some time. While I wait for my knoledge in electronics to happen, I’ll continuing having fun building cells in order to have something to test with. I am already at a good point with a 7 cores cell out of tubes……..

Very powerful MINI DUAL COIL for extremely small cells with high production Ideal for a motorbike or modern cars with no space under the hood. 3 mm rod 316L Stainless Steel and an acrylic plate 4 mm thick. A youtuber gave me the idea to try and use marine wire to make a coil, his suggestion was that that wire has a larger surfacearea. The wire I used is 4 mm diameter and has a M5 metric thread welded on it’s end so you can tighten the electric cable on it. As I thought about it I realized that this could also be the solution for those people with no tools. Easy and relatively inexpensive. The water test of this spiral was made without cleansing so the first ignition gave a slow reaction as you will see. If you get salt water grade wire it will be just great

This 3d cell took 25h of work. The outer (positive) tubes are 2mm thick and 42.4 mm diameter 316L stainless steel then there are 3 inner nutral tubes and the last smallest tube is 17 mm in diameter and is the negative pole and takes the electricity from the bottom up while the positive enters at the top down. I did mark the tubes with an arrow while cutting them and then assembled them with all the arrows looking upward. For lack of time I did not do any cleaning yet, I had no proper connections and I used a well water with high conductivity values and one tea spoon of backing soda for 1 gallon of water. Next thing I will do is to build a container and perfect connections and test the unit with some acceptable electrical equipment and usable indications about production and electricity consumpion

New spiral cell + test of all cells. The spiral is handmade and absorbs about 32 amps (12 volts) and when I have the casing active it goes to 44 amps but the production remains comparable to the 32 amps: I am realizing that good building skills and equipment are a nice thing to have, but in hydroxy production once the cell is perfect unless you are connecting it to a sofisticated fine tuned electronically advanced electric system you go nearly nowhere, you remain stock. So now I will learn as much as I possibly can in order to build an optimized cell and then I will go about hooking it up to the best electronical solutions I can find and balance the two tings together. With all the help I am getting from so many people who care I am sure I can come much closer to this goal. Amox
